Vic had frequent episodes of nose bleeding too 2 years ago, we wasted damn lots of money to bring her see paed and ENT. No help at all. Some say heatiness, some say she have a brittle little area in her nose, some say she dug her nose or sneezed too hard, I suspected allergy... At the end, it just went away, with prayer, the best medicine.
You take care, drink coconut water, likely the hot weather to blame.
